Carolyn and Chad had an amazing (and intimate) wedding for 60 at Blue Hill at Stone Barns this past July. Kristine Foley took these gorgeous photos that give a hint at some of the gorgeous details behind this very intimate wedding. We actually worked with Caroline and Chad not only on their last month prior to the wedding, but a bit in advance as well, offering up some vendor recommendations and coordinating some of the logistics. Caroline's family wanted to provide transportation to and from Manhattan for their guests, and Just About Married was more than happy to help coordinate those details with them. When they arrived, they were in some of the most gorgeous surroundings. John Ragusa Music provided the sound for the outdoor ceremony as well as the reception. Matthew Robbins coordinated this rustic floral design. Sylvia Weinstock prepared the cake, taking inspiration from Carolyn's dress. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the ceremony, officiated by Rabbi Gloria Milner. Every wedding has a few favorite details that we find inspiring, this wedding had two. I really loved the favors. They were packaged beautifully and said "Love Birds" and within the box were these really lovely bird salt and pepper shakers. One other thing that I found REALLY amazing, in part because it cost no money at all, and created a truly special moment, was when the couple invited all of the guests outside to witness the sunset! It's so rare in life that we can stop and watch a gorgeous sunset, and to do so with your closest friends and family is even more special.
Here's wishing the best to Carolyn and Chad! -Rebecca
